Ravora offers both domestic shipping within Australia and international shipping to selected destinations worldwide.

2. Order Processing
All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 5-7 business days of purchase. During peak periods or special releases, processing times may be slightly extended.

3. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping provider. While we work closely with our carriers to ensure timely delivery, transit times are estimates and not guaranteed. Important shipping updates or widespread delays will be communicated via our official Instagram page.

4. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order size. Select orders may qualify for complimentary shipping, which will be automatically applied where eligible.

5. Order Tracking
All Ravora orders include tracking. Once dispatched, tracking details will be sent via the contact information provided at checkout (email or SMS), allowing you to follow your delivery in real time.

6. Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier. Ravora is not liable for parcels that are lost, stolen, or delayed in transit, and we are unable to guarantee replacements or refunds for such cases. However, customers are welcome to contact our support team, and we will review concerns on a case-by-case basis.

7. Pre-Orders
Ravora does not currently offer pre-order items.

8. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Ravora is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
